Can I switch my desination for transportation during the school year?


Yes. We are very flexible if you can give us a two weeks notice to adjust our drivers schedule we can possibly accomodate your change of service.




Can I change drop off locations?


Yes, Its only an option if we have room on the new bus route .




How long will my child be on the bus?


Our routes are designed for 15 minutes first stop 30 minutes second stop and can depend on the traffic which can take a bit longer some days due to construction, road conditions, weather , accidents and late departure from school due to return late from field trip A- if your child is coming to school late and holds the transportation up more than 1 time, you will be risking being terminated from the bus route.




Do I pay for holiday or when school not in session?


Our rates are weekly. We don't charge for week long out of school schedules such as Christmas Break and Spring Break they are the only exceptions.




I am very busy with my work schedule, how much time do I need to devote to kenpo classes?


The two 1 hour classes are week are recommended, as is practicing at home. As you progress through the ranks if you want more 1:1 attention we offer 30 minute private lessons which can further help hone your skills.




Are foods allowed on the bus?


No food or drinks allowed in the vehicles. We want to keep our vehicles clean




When or how can I cancel service?


You can cancel anytime. Reregistering on a particular route isn't guaranteed.
